Curved flat blade 80 cm, etched on both sides with wreath, crossed baton and sword, wreath, crowned VR cypher and blank escutcheon, in panels, regulation brass crossguard and langets, with ornamental panels and crossed baton and sword in wreath to centre, ivory grips secured by rosettes, plain backstrap, in its brass scabbard with 2 rings on crosslet mounts.The blade retaining virtually all original polish, overall length is 96.3cm The marking blade by WKC Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie (Solingen).
